Tonight was the first time since I hurt my shoulder last year that I've been able to press 70lb overhead with my left arm. It's taken me a year to rehab it back to this point. I have to keep doing my rehab exercises for my left shoulder to keep it from getting to the point where I can't move it without severe pain. So I'm pretty excited... Means that I'm going to be looking at getting my 88lb kettlebell within the next 3 months, because that's when I'll be ready to start practicing pressing that weight overhead one handed. :)
